Importing Contacts

This is a guide to importing a contact list on Bodsquare (Mobile & Web)

You can only import csv files to Bodsquare.

Step 1: Log in to your Bodsquare account on your phone

Step 2: Click on the tab labelled "Contacts"

Step 3: Tap on the "+" sign at the top right of the screen.

Step 4: Click on "import contacts".

Step 4: Click on "Continue".

Step 5: Select the contacts you want to import and click on "Import contacts"

Step 6: Your lists have been imported.

On Web

You can only import csv files to Bodsquare.

Step 1: Log in to your Bodsquare account on web

Step 2: Click on the tab labelled "Contacts"

Step 3: Click on "manage contacts".

Step 4: Download the sample file so you can format your contact list before uploading

Step 5: Upload your contact list in csv format and click "Next".

Step 6: Select and match your contact properties E.g select the columns for Email, phone numbers, etc and click "Next"

Step 7: Select the list you want to upload your contacts to

Step 8: Check the agreement boxes to confirm that you have the permission to send message to the contacts on your list and click on "Finish".

Step 9: Your lists have been imported.
